Only 100m below the property is a beach protected by the calmness of the lagoon, 200m away you can access a second beach which is a little wilder as it is on the sea, has waves and is less protected.
For water sports enthusiasts, the beaches of Oualidia will enchant you by their broad range of activities: water-skiing, surfing, jet-ski, wind-surfing and so much more!!

Thanks to it's open exterior Arabo-Andalusian style and it's advantageous location on top of the hill, the Villa offers an exceptional view on the bay of Oualidia and the Atlantic Ocean. The entire residence is a patchwork of bright ceramics of all different shapes and colours.
The white lime walls bring a generous luminosity to all the rooms. It's large patio of Riad style and its pergola with its Moroccan living room invites you to sit back and relax. The two bathrooms are styled in the pure spirit of Marrakech's vibrant and exotic ambiances.
The whole interior of the Villa is luxuriously decorated (choice of fabrics, furnishing, lighting) to give you every possible comfort during your stay.
The two rooms upstairs have sight of the sea and a superb terrace.

Dar Liliane is a newly built villa (bought at the end of June 2005) within the luxurious complex called ‘’The Garden’s Lagoon’’. It is the largest of the residence; moreover it's unique location on top of the hill ensures breathtaking views over the bay while providing the right distance to give a feeling of peace and solitude!
The park of the residence is a true jewel of greenery; boasting a multitude of Hibiscus flowers, pink Baytrees, Eucalyptus trees, Bougainvilleas and many varieties of Palm trees.
The residence has three splendid private swimming pools including one infinty pool overlooking the sea. Life Guard on site in July and August.
Residence Parking is at the disposal of the Villa.
To make you feel at home and truly relax the "Jardin de la Lagune" has its own security personnel who are on hand 24 hrs.
Finally, the Restaurant “La Rascasse” specializing in freshly caught fish and other marine delicacies is open 7 days a week. |

El Jadida golf course appx. 50 km North of Oualidia, approximately 40 minutes on the autoroute.
Safi appx. 55kms south is one Morocco's most important pottery centres.
Marrakech less than a 3 hour drive away.
Casablanca approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive (170kms).
The Owners recommend a Taxi Service please ask us for details.
There is also a "Service Poissonnier" who will deliver fish and seafood direct to the property at a very good price and you can even organise a Barbecue to be done for you by the Fisherman!
The Keyholder Fatima can be called upon to organise Babysitting, Housekeeping and Cooking as required.
Car Hire - Owners recommend a company locally who will either transfer you from the Airport to their offices to pick up your rental vehicle or drop you at the property and arrange for delivery of the hire car to the villa - please ask for details. |
