This sumptuous recently built Villa using traditional materials and skillful craftsmen to give you the ultimate Marrakech experience, sleeps up to 10 people. The villa has five large en suite bedrooms complete with power showers. Three situated in the main villa and two in the luxury detached pavilion. 4 Bedrooms have very large double beds and one has 2 singles.
The master bedroom includes a furnished balcony with exquisite views of the Atlas mountains and the exotic vegetation in the walled garden, as well as luxurious bed linen and regal upholstered chairs.
There is a state of the art air conditioning system which is in operation throughout the whole villa, to ensure that you keep cool in the hot climate of North Africa.
To enhance your experience of Morocco’s renowned architectural splendour with pavilion interiors the Kasba retreat, has been painstakingly decorated and furnished: African textiles, inlaid chests, a huge drawing room fireplace and striking Moroccan art works. However, there are still modern home comforts for you to indulge in, a large flat screen TV, CD and DVD players and an MP3 player and internet connection.
For parties who prefer the independence of self-catering, the Kasba has a beautifully equipped Mobalpa fitted kitchen complete with granite worktops, two large refrigerators with ice-makers, a dishwasher, six burner hob, oven, pure filtered tap water for drinking and a large selection of both traditional and modern tableware, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils.
Local staff can assist with the sourcing and purchasing of fresh food and groceries and a driver can be on hand to take you to Marrakech’s largest superstore to choose from a vast selection of groceries, fresh fruit, meat and vegetables, soft drinks and alcohol should you wish to stock up.
This property also has a private swimming pool complete with sunloungers.
If a cosy night is on the agenda, the villa has a beautiful open fire in the drawing room.
If you feel you want to fully indulge yourself, there is a personal chef available to prepare and serve all your meals on the full board option. |

Around the beautiful swimming pool there are sunloungers to boost your tan on a daily basis, and relax in the Moroccan sun. Kasba Villa is a mere 20 minutes (approx) away from Menara airport situated in Marrakech - flights from Gatwick and Stansted.
Marrakech is a beautiful, energetic city full of magnificent architecture. As the city is so close to Kasba Villa, it is well worth visiting. |
