This stunning traditional Riad, set in heart of the mysterious Medina of Marrakech, was entirely renovated for your maximum comfort in 2008, using the traditional colours, style and furnishings of Morocco throughout. From brass basins, and lanterns to traditional tiles, rugs, mosaics and wonderful heavy wooden copper embellished doors the property has amazing character. There are six ensuite double rooms overlooking a wonderful courtyard, a dining room, lounge and two sun terraces with views of Marrakech.

Near to the Palais Bahia, and the celebrated Place Jemaa El Fna (at the eastern Porte Bab Ailen et Bab Ghemat entrances to the Medina), this Riad is located in a calm area, where children play in the street providing a charming atmosphere. It is 3 minutes by foot from taxis to take you on excursions and secure parking should you require it and of course the Aladdin's cave that is the 'Souks'

This very special Riad 'Sukkham' of 300m2 has 6 double bedrooms, each of which is air-conditioned and has it's own bathroom. Additionally two of of the bedrooms have private terraces, but they all overlook the stunning central courtyard. The courtyard patio gives onto the very beautiful pool of 28m², which is an extremely rare find in the Medina, where pools are normally much smaller. There is a large lounge with open fireplace and flat screen TV area, a dining and reception room and a library.

On the second floor of the property you can access 2 sun terraces that overlook stunning views of the city of Marrakech, particularly beautiful at night.

Luxury services include use of a Hammam and massage room on site.

Balconies on every level of the property with lots of comfortable seating and curtain to provide shade during the day so you can chill out away from the sun.
