-Payment- 30% deposit upon booking. The remaining 70% is due 8 weeks before arrival date: .

-Arrival & Departure- Changeover day is Fridays. Arrival at 5pm. Depart at 10am. Late arrival (6 - 9pm) possible only by prior arrangement. Please ensure that when you buy your aeroplane ticket, the flight time will allow for arrival before 9pm at the very latest. Please indicate flight arrival time at Marrakech as the residence is closed in the evening and the concierge will need to know in order to hand over the keys.

-Breakage Deposit- €200 cash and €300 (or equivalent) cheque, returned less deductions for any breakages on day of departure.

-Telephone Line- Telephone is available on demand, but is restricted to incoming and local calls only. So internet access is possible so long as you have a french telephone number for your IPS (Internet Service provider). Deposit of €100 per week in cash on arrival, to be returned less deduction of phone consumption.

-Electricity- Up to 100 kwhrs per week is included in the rent. Thereafter chargeable at €0.15 /kwhr. Reversible air conditioning throughout.

-Non-electric Heating-

-Bedlinen & towels- Bedsheets and towels are included in the rent.

-Cleaning- End of stay cleaning charge €100 euros cash for one week bookings, or €150 euros cash for 2 week bookings, to be paid directly to the housekeeper on arrival. However, while you are therefore not expected to hoover and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (ie. oven and fridge), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean, and not to leave litter in the garden. If the house is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the breakages deposit. 4 hours of maid service and or cooking per day during your stay is included.

-Pets- Pets are not allowed.

-Max party size- 6/6
The owner is entitled to ask you to leave the property without any refund if the number of occupants exceeds 6.

-Other- Fire: This is a region which has a high fire risk. It is forbidden to start fires anywhere in the property grounds. Only light BBQs in the area designated for this purpose. Swimming pool Safety: The owner is not responsible for any bodily injury next to or in the swimming pool. Children must be surveyed at all times.
